Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in cases where products are defective due to manufacturing issues. Manufacturing defects may include:
- Compromised jar seals
- Foreign objects in the product
- Spoilage due to manufacturing error
- Damaged packaging from production
Return Process
- If you receive a defective product, contact our customer service department within 7 days of receipt
- Provide your order number and photos of the defective product
- Our quality control team will review your claim within 2 business days
- If approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for product return
- Upon receipt and verification, we will issue a full refund including original shipping costs
Exclusions
We do not accept returns for:

- Products that have been opened (unless defective)
